If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail. The dogs at GCAC are free to adopt. However, you must go to your vet beforehand and prepay for rabies and spay/neuter and show the receipt from that payment when you pick up the dog. Please be polite when contacting GCAC. The officers there are our allies in this process and are doing the best they can to help us and follow the law that governs how they do their job.
