Rescue FAQs

Carter County Kentucky is a rural area in northeastern Kentucky. We are working to find ways to ensure all animals are spayed/neutered. We try to rescue abandoned animals and transport them to safety. We also provide emergent vet care to these animals when necessary.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fees for dogs is $200 and includes full, up-to-date veterinary care. An adoption application must be completed and an adoption contract must be signed.
