Fine Whines and Lickers is a small all volunteer dog rescue located in rural northern North Carolina. We provide a no kill, non-discriminatory rescue dedicated to the adoption of homeless dogs. We avidly work towards improving the lives of dogs through owner education, promoting spaying and neutering and providing safe sanctuary, with the goal of lowering the extremely high euthanasia rates in municipal shelters. Fine Whines and Lickers fundamental focus will be the rescuing and the adopting of animals to loving forever homes.
