We are an IRS approved 501(c)(3) non-profit Keeshond rescue, serving the Mid Atlantic region, formed to promote the welfare of the Keeshond dog breed and is organized exclusively for the charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. More specifically, such purposes include the rescuing, fostering and placement of abandoned, abused and unwanted Keeshonden into permanent loving homes, while educating the general public about this specific breed.

Additional adoption info
All adopters are required to complete a detailed application, provide personal and veterinary references, and allow a home visit/inspection. Adoption fees are commensurate with the age and health of the dog, but generally range from $150-$400. All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, spay/neutered and properly assessed before placement.
