A Little About Us . . . . .
Petaluma Pet Pals is a 501c3 non-profit established in 1998 by a group of dedicated animals lovers who are working to make a real difference for companion animals AND the people who love them!
Our main focus is to help homeless dogs and cats!
How do we do that?
* We offer a spay/neuter "Discount Coupon" Program which is available simply by request. Our hope, is that by providing financial assistance, we encourage spay and neuter amongst the community, and decrease the number of animals who end up homeless and in our shelter system.
* We Rescue, Rehabilitate, Foster and Find Loving Homes for dogs and cats that would otherwise be euthanized in a high kill shelter or have to defend themselves in the wild.
* We loan humane traps for "Feral" or community cats to those who are working to Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR) and are practicing proper colony management, including feed and care.
We hope our mission scope will continue to grow and expand!
With your help, we can!

Additional adoption info
We rescue dogs, puppies, cats and kittens at risk of euthanasia at high kill shelters within the Bay Area and beyond. We take in feral kittens young enough to be socialized from local colony managers who are actively working on spaying and neutering.
Each animal in our program is:
Health Checked (cats are FIV/FELV tested)
Rehabilitated (if necessary)
Vaccinated
Microchipped
SPAYED or NEUTERED
All are raised in loving foster homes once in our care.
Finally we find them FOREVER Homes!
Adoption Fees are $60 for cats ($75 for two) and $150 for dogs.
Each adoption will go through an adoption application and a candid but friendly interview process.
We want to make sure that the adoption is the BEST fit for all concerned.
We have a passion for helping animals and when we rescue a dog or cat at risk, we take the responsibility seriously!
