Rescue FAQs

SPC Veterinary Technology Program is a Associate in Science program that gives you the skills to enter the workforce while our bachelor’s degree gives you the credential to move up. We also offer a management practice certificates that can help broaden your skills.

Our animals here help our students learn their skills, in the process all our dogs, cats and rabbits are spayed /neutered, microchiped, fully vaccinated and obedience trained, Once school is over we but them up for adoption.

Additional adoption info

Once an adoption form is filled out in completion and your information is verified, it is then your application will be approved. Because we are a College there may be a waiting period before the pet can go: all our pets are spayed /neutered, microchiped, fully vaccinated and obedience trained, this takes time. Our adoption fee is: $40 and cash only.

We have other animals occasionally up for adoption, such as bunnies, rats, mice, guinea pigs, and parakeets. Rats and mice are $5 per animal. Guinea pigs and bunnies are $15 each. Our parakeets are $10. All are cash only
