We are a municipal based animal shelter who takes in strays, owner surrenders and anything off the streets of Odessa. We have a staff who truly cares about animals and their well-being. The Manager works closely with rescue groups locally & throughout the country. We are now accepting Volunteer applications!! As always, we accept donations of towels, blankets, toys, food and cat litter!

$110.00 (unaltered cats) $50.00 (altered cats)
*Each adopter is required to sign a spay/neuter contract which requires the animal to be sterilized within the appropriate time set forth by the shelter (usually 30 days) if the animal is too young to fix at the time of the adoption.
*Adopters & Redeemers must bring in a valid photo id, as well as, a utility bill with the same address
