Cat rescue in Hamilton, ON

I am a person who has cared for and loved animals all my life and who has seen the need for cats to find homes. large cities have very many cats on our streets that are friendly house cats that have been abandoned or become lost.
We strive to have all seen by our veterinarian, up to date shots, spay/neuter, deworming and flea treatment.
We also do TNR and need help trapping cats, driving them for their operation and caring for them until they have healed. Usually we only do TNR(trap/neuter/release) when the weather is warmer.

Rescue FAQs

We serve Hamilton Ontario, have been a rescue for 10 years and can be found on facebook under kit cat club of hamilton and also kit cat club cats for adoption and our web site.
We always need volunteers to help us foster our cats and kittens, help us fund raise, we need drivers to take pet to our Veterinarian and to take our cats to peoples home to introduce them. WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS!

Additional adoption info

we have an adoption contract which we will email to you if you find a cat or kitten you are interested in adopting.
Our adoption fees range from $50 to $185 depending in age of cat.
Kittens cost $185 because they cost us much more to have needles and spay/neuter etc.
We require you to be healthy and able to care for a cat in your care and that you will keep and love the cat for it's natural life and we require you to return the cat to KCC if you can no longer care for it. We do not allow DECLAWING of our cats
