We are C.H.A.I.N.E.D. Inc...where all things are possible.
We are not a rescue, but we do rescue a lot of dogs. Most of the dogs that we rescue go to other approved rescues. We do foster and put the dogs up for adoption that we cannot find rescues for. We primarily have the "special" dogs. Funny thing is...a formerly chained dog seems to end up being the best dog ever. They are definitely the most appreciative. They just may need a little extra TLC at first:)
We are not breed selective. We love all dogs. We have had fluffies to furries to bullies. Our smallest chained dog was a Chihuahua mix. Check with us frequently! We do have a lot of bully breeds and large dogs.

We are a 501c3 non profit that services Detroit and the downriver communities. We assist low income dog owners with "their" dogs by providing free life enhancing supplies and services. Free igloo dog houses, spay/neuter assistance, straw, food, treats, toys, collars, lighter tie outs and most importantly...owner education. Correcting the problem where it originates decreases the homeless population.
Additional adoption info
All of the dogs that we rescue go straight to the vet. All dogs receive vaccines, fecal and heartworm tests, deworm, heartworm prevention, spay/neuter, microchip. We spay/neuter all puppies as well, as early as 8 weeks of age. We refused to use s/n contracts for puppies. All of our dogs go into foster care or boarding until a foster is found. We require an adoption application and if approved, we then schedule a home visit. Our adoption fees range between $100-400, depending on age and breed.
