Oil Patch Puppy Rescue is a not for profit puppy rescue based in West Texas. Our focus is on the many litters of unwanted puppies born daily while advocating for spay and neuter outreach programs, education and the importance of vaccinations.
Our mission is to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets, to educate the public on the importance of vaccinating pets to reduce the spread of disease and to re-home abandoned puppies to loving, caring homes that would never of had a chance at life otherwise.
Thousands of puppies are killed daily from disease that can be prevented by vaccinations.
Thousands of puppies are born across the US each day that are unwanted and unloved, simply altering your family pets will drastically reduce these numbers.
Thousands of animals are killed in shelters each year simply because of their growing numbers. Spaying and neutering your pets will save hundreds of lives.
Many pups are not even given the chance to live. They are dumped in fields, by the highways, thrown from car windows or abused until death.

Additional adoption info
Our rescue requires an adoption application, to be sure we are getting the best suitable family for our pup. Once the application has been approved we will then set up a home check, after a cleared home check you will then be required to sign a contract and a spay/neuter agreement if not yet altered due to age. We do not adopt out our animals without being altered if they are of age, 6 months.
