Capitol Canines Animal Rescue

Dog rescue in Washington, DC

Each year, six to eight million dogs will end up at an animal shelter in the United States. Of those, approximately four million animals are euthanized.

Adopting a Capitol Canine is just one way to help combat this problem. Just by opening your home to one of our dogs, you are saving a life. In the process, you are gaining a companion who will reward you with love and gratitude.

Capitol Canines Animal Rescue saves dogs of various breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. Please fill out an adoption application and our adoption team will ensure that you are matched with the perfect pup!
