Nikki's Pet Rescue is a home based rescue, and is not a 501(c)3 organization. We are, however, Petfinder and Adopt-a-Pet.com certified. We take in an array of different animals, provide any needed veterinary care, and adopt them out to good homes. Most cats and dogs have free roam of the house, and are not caged. All animals are treated as pets, and are given lots of love and attention. Because this is a home based rescue, space and funds are limited. If someone wishes to surrender their pet, and Nikki's Pet Rescue is full, we will do our best to help you find somewhere to take your pet.

This rescue doesn’t have any adoptable pets right now – check out adoptable pets nearby or start a custom pet search below.
It is a very small in-home rescue. Our goal is to rescue pets that are in bad situations, or the owner can no longer keep them, and find them new "furever" homes.
Additional adoption info
There is an adoption application. In order for someone to adopt a pet, all animals in their possession must be spay/neutered unless there is a medical reason that they can't be. They also must have a vet reference.
Fees are as follows: $50 for adult cats ($75 is spayed/neutered), $55 for kittens under 6 months ($80 if spayed/neutered), $75 for dogs ($100 if spayed/neutered), $85 for puppies under 6 months ($110 if spayed/neutered), $15 for a same sex pair of most small animals, $15 for most small birds.
Upon adopting an animal, the adopter must sign a contract stating that they are to properly care for the animal, and may not rehome the animal unless they get permission from Nikki's Pet Rescue to do so.
