Hope for Animals Rescue Team

Animal rescue in Corbin, KY

Hope for Animals Rescue Team (HART) is an animal rescue that is run by a group of people in Southeastern, KY area who have a passion for rescuing animals in need. We rely on the compassion and kindness of animal lovers who open their hearts and, most importantly, their homes to assist us in caring for the animals that desperately need our help.

Our goals are:

To promote humane education and responsible pet ownership

To rescue animals from kill shelters

To assist other rescues in pulling animals from kill shelters

To implement an unchaining program

To provide spay/neuter assistance when possible

To assist families in keeping their pets

To assist owners in responsibly rehoming pets when necessary

Our hope is that one day, Southeastern Kentucky will be a place where people will value pets and treat them as members of the family.

We are hoping to host low-cost spay & neuter clinics several times a year..

We would love to find a group of caring individuals who will open their hearts and homes to pets in need. Contact us if interested in becoming a pet foster parent.

We are always needing pet supplies and donations for vet bills. Donations can be mailed to Hope for Animals Rescue Team P.O. Box 2636 Corbin, KY 40702. You can also donate through PayPal using our email address hopeforanimalsrescueteam@yahoo.com as payee.

We are hoping to implement an unchaining program but need help with fencing supplies. Please contact us if you would like to help with supplies or volunteer for this program.
