For the Love of Horses We Are Dedicated to Helping Horses

Big Hearts Horse Rescue (BHHR) is a 501(c)3 NON PROFIT and is currently located in Salem Oregon. We are here to help as many needy horses as we can get out of bad situations. Along with rehabilitating & re-homing abused & neglected horses, we also try to help owners re-home their own horses. We are here to help in anyway we can, and as our resources allow.

BHHR does not promote the breeding of horses for any reason. Due to the over-breeding of horses, that has contributed to the needy horse crisis in our country, we have a strict NO BREEDING policy. Horses adopted from BHHR may never be used for breeding purposes.

Please visit us on Facebook to see who we are, what we are doing, and to take a look at the great animals that are the reason why we do what we do.
