FRAs wishes to promote pet-friendly environments, services, and activities in Rowlett and surrounding communities.

Friends of Rowlett Animals (FRAs) is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization founded in 2004. FRAs is working to improve communication between the City of Rowlett Animal Services and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.
