The Fort Riley Animal Shelter recently was taken over by Fort Riley MWR. We are serving Fort Riley Residents and reunite them with their lost animals and also adopt out unclaimed and Surrendered animals.
We do not charge a Surrender Fee but are only able to take Animals from Active Military Members, however we do adopt out to Civilians as well and also work with Rescue Groups in and out of State.
Create an alert, and we'll notify you every time a new pet comes in who meets your criteria.

Additional adoption info
Everybody who is interested in adopting a animal from us, will need to fill out a application. Please allow us 24-48 hours to review your application and it also gives you the chance to discuss the adoption with your family. We really care about our animals and there is nothing more stressful for our pets to be returned to the shelter. This application will make it easier for you and us to find you your furever friend.
