ARF SEPA is a 501c3, all- volunteer organization. We are a network of foster homes that save the lives of dogs and cats who may be euthanized at public shelters and promote adoption as a way to enhance the lives of both pets and people. We are working towards a day when every pet is spayed or neutered, and every companion pet has a permanent, loving home.
