FOSCA is strictly a volunteer run pet rescue organization. Our goal is to assist the homeless animals in Screven County find an alternative from being euthanized. We update our website daily of animals from the Screven County Animal Shelter to give these animals a chance of being seen, and in hopes of finding them a good forever home.

Our Mission:
To provide no-kill solutions to reduce the number of homeless cats and dogs through education, rehabilitation and re-homing.
