I rescued my first dog in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina - I went there with HSUS and when no one came back for one special greyhound/shepherd I met there, I sent for him and we lived happily together until he passed.
We rescue most of our pets from the local shelter. Many we rescue are in serious need of medical care. We provide the very best care available and we have seen miracle after miracle.

We're located in Bradenton, FL, serving Manatee County, FL. We will transport in certain cases.
Additional adoption info
Adoption fees are $150 for adult dogs, $150 for puppies. Cats, $50 and kittens, $70.
We do have an adoption contract. We do require a home visit and often, follow up visits, depending upon the pet's needs. We visit with and get to know potential adopters and work with people wanting to give love and a home to our rescued darlings.
