We are a foster-based 501c3 Nonprofit Animal Rescue. Our Federal ID# is 45-3345507.

Most of the animals in the care of Animals First Foundation were rescued from area kill shelters or from the streets where they were abandoned, mistreated and in dire need of help. All of our rescued pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (and on preventative), microchipped, and current on all vaccinations.

Animals First Foundation of Texas is a 501c3 volunteer-run nonprofit charity dedicated to saving homeless and shelter animals and providing them with medical care, love, training and socialization so they will be successful in their forever homes. Federal ID#45-3345507

Additional adoption info

Complete our online adoption application at www.AFFTexas.org so we can verify personal/vet references and schedule a meet and greet (if not done already) and a home visit with you and your family.
You must be 21 years of age or older to adopt from AFFT.

All our rescues are current on their vaccinations, microchipped, spayed/neutered, and treated for any medical conditions they had at time of rescue. We adopt to loving homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and our adoption fee is $200.
