Returns:
APBA wants to be sure that all of our matches are the best they can possibly be. For this reason, each adoption has a 14 day no-fault return policy. If you discover that the dog you've adopted is not the best fit for your family, you may return him or her to us and we will return your payment to you. If at any time after the initial two weeks you find that you are no longer able to keep your dog, you will have the option to place him or her in a new home of your choosing, and we will follow up with a new adoption contract. If you have not chosen an adopter for your dog, we ask that you keep the dog with you while we work to find a new home. If there is a timeline that needs to be met, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to find a new family placement.
When you adopt a dog from us, you become part of our family, and we will be there to support you for the lifetime of your dog. We hope that you will be inclined to join us on our mission to save shelter dogs, educate the public, and support other dog owners!
