K9 Rescue Mission

Animal rescue in Munster, IN

We are an all-breed rescue that is passionate about finding permanent homes for displaced animals of various kinds. Our specialty is rescuing pitbulls. K9 Rescue Mission is dedicated to helping areas in Northwest Indiana that have an over abundance of strays and unwanted animals, due to not neutering/spay, abandonment, abuse or neglect. We are focused on helping people in these communities by connecting them with low cost spay and neuter resources, saving abandoned animals and pulling them from high kill shelters. The animals we rescue are placed in temporary foster homes and finally to their "furrever home". We are always in need of foster families and people looking for the perfect pet.

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application easily accessible on our website www.k9rescuemission.com. K9 Rescue Mission will always do a vet check as a reliable reference. We also require a brief home visit, to insure that all in the family and current pets get along with the animal you are interested in adopting.
Adoption fees are as follows, puppies $200.00, dogs 1 year and older $150.00. Adoption fees insure that pet will be current on all vaccines, spayed or neutered, micro chipped, heart worm tested and current on preventative.
