Dog rescue in Windsor, VA

BARC is a foster-based bully breed rescue located in Isle of Wight County, VA. We pull needy dogs from local shelters and give them the medical attention, training and time they need to find their perfect forever home. All our dogs are temperament tested before we pull them and all go into their forever homes with the help of an hour long training session by a certified professional. We want to ensure success for every match we make!
