Even though we are a small county run facility we do our utmost to get every animal brought into the facility claimed, adopted or rescued through our IAR group. LCACS has an over 98% record of saving animals!
This qualifies us by State guidelines as a "No Kill" shelter.
Time and space are crucial for each animal in order to keep them safe and healthy, so it is important for owners and the community to help us keep our shelter at low-risk numbers.
