The Richland Hills Animal Service Center [RHASC] is a municipal animal welfare division of the Richland Hills Community Services Dept. Opened in 2000, RHASC strives to find homes for every adoptable animal.

Dogs are $100.00, Cats are $80.00.
Your adoption fee includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, core vaccine, de-worming, flea prevention and microchip (for dogs - owner must register chip).
All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not do adoption holds for any reason.
