Lifeline for Pets is a small, no-kill animal rescue group based in Pasadena, California. For many years we have been providing care for homeless cats and dogs until a loving home can be found for them. Our goal is to help these deserving animals have a long, happy life!
Please join our efforts to help dogs and cats in need. You can make all the difference in an animal’s life. The best way to help is to adopt or foster a pet. We have many adorable and loving pets waiting for their forever home.
Create an alert, and we'll notify you every time a new pet comes in who meets your criteria.

We are in Southern California and mostly serve the San Gabriel Valley, Glendale, and other nearby cities; however, we will gladly try to serve potential adopters from other areas. Give us a call or email us!
Additional adoption info
We do have an application form on our website. A home check is also done. We know our animals well and work hard to make sure the adoption will be a purr-fect match! We will be happy to answer your questions. We want an adoption to be the right fit for both the humans and the animal.
When you adopt a pet from us, you can rest assured that you are getting a pet who is much loved, well-cared for, and whom we know well. In turn, we know that an adopter will provide a loving, caring, home.
Cat adoptions are usually $125 each. Dog fees are based on breed. All are current on vaccinations and neutering. Some are microchipped. They are vetted again before delivery.
All of our adoptable cats and dogs are pictured on our website, with their videos, at www.lifelineforpets.org.
