The Circle Area Humane Society is a non-profit organization with a volunteer staff. We do not receive tax dollars of any kind. We rely on donations and volunteers to keep our shelter running. We take pride in a clean facility and the fact that our animals are tame, friendly, and healthy. It is our mission to find loving homes for abandoned, abused and neglected animals.

Additional adoption info

Our cat/kitten adoption fee includes: FELV/FIV TESTING, DEWORMING, VACCINES, AND SPAYING OR NEUTERING. Our adoption fee is $50.00 for Adult Cats and $100.00 for Kittens.
Our dog/puppy adoption fee includes: HEARTWORM TESTING (IF OLD ENOUGH), DEWORMING, VACCINES, AND SPAYING OR NEUTERING. Our dog adoption fee is $200.00. Puppies are 250.00.
There is an adoption application and process. This is to ensure that these animals are being placed in good homes. We reserve the right to refuse any applications.
