Beagles and More Rescue

Dog rescue in Overland Park, KS

Beagles and More Rescue is an all-volunteer group dedicated to assisting dogs, particularly beagles, in need. While we love all animals, beagles have taken ahold of our hearts and simply won't let go. Working with animal advocates throughout the area, we assist both shelters and private individuals in finding a new, loving home for their pets. Each of us do work full-time outside of the home and spend the majority of our free time helping pooches from far and wide! We'll try, with all of our might, to answer your e-mail inquiries in a timely fashion

Rescue FAQs

We help dogs mainly in the Kansas City Metro but have been known to help dogs all over.

Additional adoption info

If you see a Beagles 'n More pooch who looks like he/she would be a good fit in your family, please email us for an application. We will be happy to continue the adoption process by checking veterinary references and performing a home visit to see if this is a great fit for both you and the dog!

Our adoption fees range from $150-$200, depending on the amount of veterinary costs incurred while in foster care. Unfortunately, many of the dogs we welcome into our program have lived a neglectful life, so we take them to fantastic vets to get them happy, healthy and ready for adoption into a loving family!

Adoption fees only partially cover the expense of caring for all of the dogs that are taken in, so donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. Some dogs require extensive time in foster care or lengthy medical treatment, running into the hundreds of dollars. Every cent of your donation goes directly to hands-on care of these dogs. Please e-mail us for more information on how you can help us to help them!
