Animal Care and Welfare, Inc. helps clients primarily in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. In addition to adopting animals to Guardians, we help low-income families with low-cost spays, neuters, and medical emergencies. We also try to educate the public of the importance of spaying and neutering pets.

In order to adopt an animal from AC&W, you must sign a contract, which requires references and the return of the animal if the adoption does not work out. The adoption fee includes: temperament testing, flea treatment, worming, all applicable shots, heartworm/feline aids and leukemia testing, spay or neuter, and professional grooming.
