P.E.T.S. (Protecting Even the Strays) is a rescue organization that focuses on neglected, stray, and feral cats in Panora, Iowa and our surrounding areas. To humanely control the situation, we have implemented a TNR (trap-neuter-return) Program in the City of Panora. We hope to encourage other cities in our county to do the same.
P.E.T.S. also helps homeless pets find new homes, help owners re-home their pets, and provide a low-cost spay/neuter clinic for barn/stray/alley cats and low-income households.
