The Wasatch Avian Education Society is a nonprofit corporation offering education and rehoming services for pet parrots. We hold monthly meetings with speakers on topics of avian interest, and we offer bird care classes. We publish a monthly newsletter and host an informative chat group. Parrots are fostered in the homes of our members. We are an all volunteer organization.
This rescue doesn’t have any adoptable pets right now – check out adoptable pets nearby or start a custom pet search below.

Additional adoption info
We adopt to members only. Join WAES and fill out an adoption application. Our Rescue Committee will contact you for a home study. After you pass your home study, you may visit birds in foster care. When you find the right bird for you, you may apply to adopt that bird. The Rescue Committee decides the placement of birds.
