"Established in 2017, Muncie Animal Care and Services (MACS) is a proud No-Kill animal shelter and animal control department of the City of Muncie, Indiana. MACS provides animal control services to the City of Muncie and Unincorporated Delaware County, and an adoption program for all. Our mission is to provide proper care and find happy homes for stray, abandoned and abused animals in our community. We seek to provide awareness and education of local laws concerning animals and animal welfare, and to reduce the number of stray and abused animals."
