Here Kitty Kitty, Inc.

Cat rescue in Paterson, NJ

Here Kitty Kitty, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization, specializing in adoptions for homeless cats and kittens. Our priority is to find permanent, loving homes. We are not a shelter. Instead, we rely on the goodness of foster parents who provide a loving transitional environment until a permanent home is found.

Here Kitty Kitty, Inc.'s purpose is to facilitate alternatives for finding loving homes for cats and kittens. We envision an educated future community where all cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, where there is no need for feral cat colonies, and unnecessary euthanization of felines will not exist.

Rescue FAQs

We support the Paterson/Clifton area as well as all areas in New Jersey to ensure that cats and kittens are in a safe haven.

Additional adoption info

Our rescue requires an adoption application which asks for two references (not related to you) as well as your vet's name and phone number, if you have a vet. If you don't, we can provide you with names of vets local to you.

Our adoption fees vary depending on the age of the cat or kitten. The fee for a double adoption is set at half the fee of the first adoption.

All of our cats and kittens are vetted appropriate to their age. Adults are up-to-date with their shots, have been tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, and are spayed/neutered.

We offer low cost spay/neuter options for kitten adoptions. We do NOT adopt kittens younger than 8 weeks of age!

If you contact us, please be patient waiting for a response. We are staffed solely by volunteers, and it may take some time before we can get back to you.

Thank you for looking and happy adopting!
