American Brittany Rescue has been finding Brittanys homes since 1991. We are a 501c3 organization and pride ourselves on helping as many Brittanys as possible. Our annual number of Brittanys has grown to over 1,000 dogs.
We are an all volunteer organization... no one gets paid. All monies go to the care of the dogs except for a very small percentage that is necessary for accounting and other nonvolunteer organizational things that require payment. Please go to our website at: www.americanbrittanyrescue.org to see other dogs available, ways you can help, and anything else you want to know about our organization.

Additional adoption info
Fees depend on the age and medical condition of the dog.
ABR requires an application and home visit before adoption. We do not adopt on a first come first served basis, but rather by who fits a particular dog the best. We need to know your personality and lifestyle in order to help you find the dog that will best fit with you and your family. All adopters are required to sign our Adoption Contract. (please check our website for the contract) Our dogs are not allowed to be sold, taken to other rescues or shelters, or given to anyone after your adoption. This is part of the adoption contract you sign.
All our dogs are up to date on vaccinations, altered (if not of age to alter we ask for a spay/neuter deposit) if there is not medical reason for not altering, microchipped and on Heartworm Prevention before adoption.
