Additional adoption info
Krazy for Kats, Inc. would like to ensure that all kittens/cats will be placed into loving, responsible and dedicated homes.
There is an adoption application and contract for each pet and an in-depth phone consultation with all potential adopters to review your application. We do NOT ship out of state of country.
We do home checks prior to the adoption and for future check-ups. You must be 23 years old and live in a pet friendly home to adopt.
All kittens are available for adoption at no less than 10 weeks old. Young kittens are adopted in pairs or with older cats unless you currently have a pet that is used to cats.
Adoption fees cover the 1st year medical care and range from $125-$300 per cat/kitten depending on breed and special needs.
A $75 "non-refundable" deposit is required to hold kittens for a later date.
All kittens/cats will have vet exams, current vaccinations, spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, de-wormed/de-flead and their nails are kept trim. You will receive a folder of medical charts and kitty information.
Since we are a 501 C3, your adoption fee is tax deductible and donations above the adoption fee are greatly appreciated.
