Minnesota Wisconsin Collie Rescue (MWCR) is a registered non-profit charitable organization made up of volunteers who are dedicated to the safety and welfare of purebred rough and smooth Collies.
The purpose of MWCR is to rescue as many unwanted Collies as we possibly can. We assess their adoptability and place them into loving homes. We try to make the best possible match between dog and new family
