The Dublin Laurens County Humane Society was created in 1963, with an idea and love for animals by Jackie Beacham, Frarie and Carolyn Smalley, and Miss Connie Warren. In 1979, the Humane Society became incorporated and the building was built in 1980. Our mission is to help as many animals as we can and educate as many people that we can in the hope that one day there will be no suffering, over population, or homeless animals.
