The City of Weatherford-Parker County Animal Shelter is a joint venture between the City of Weatherford, the City of Hudson Oaks, Springtown, Aledo, Willow Park and Unincorporated Parker County. Because we take in nearly 6,000 animals a year, our space fills up quickly. We have 102 dog kennels, a cat room with several kitty kennels, and additional cages for cats being evaluated prior to being placed for adoption. You are welcome to visit us to see all of the adoptable animals.
