Dewey Animals, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Pam Draper and helps promote the adoption and humane treatment of cats in the Northern Virginia area. Dewey Animals is a nonprofit organization run by a network of volunteers and supported by donations and grants. Feral Cat Trap and Release Program Dewey Animals was a proud recipient of a 2012 Trap-Neuter-Return grant from ASPCA. Please contact us for application form and adoption fees. We require all adopters to sign an agreement that they will not de-claw and will keep the cat indoors.
