I foster Border Collies for Northern California Border Collie Rescue and the Stockton Animal Shelter Friends. Normally I have 2 Border Collies fostered at any one time. Fosters get extensive individual attention and are socialized and trained based on their needs and abilities. The only requirement is that they are safe and can comfortably live in a in door home environment with 2 adult dogs.
