Simply put: so many people say "why doesn't somebody do something about all the stray/feral cats/kittens.?" We are just one 'somebody' doing what we can to help those with no voice and no choice. We are in it for the cats.
We give out time and energy back to the community by donating food, blankets, spay/neuter help and guidance with placing cats in good homes. We are NOT a 501c3 non-profit organization.....we're just trying to help the overpopulation problem that man started and continues to allow to happen. Having over 22,000 cats euthanized at the local SPCA each YEAR is unacceptable!!!!! Mom cats turned in with their kittens are counted as just ONE animal .......kittens are automatically euthanized because there is no extra time or money to raise the kittens. SO = Please, SPAY and NEUTER your kittens & cats.......they'll recover from surgery much faster as kittens. There are TOO many cats and not enough homes or people to help the cats.
Be 'somebody', be Pro-Active for the cats.

Additional adoption info
We have a signed contract. We require an adoption fee. Adult cats under 3 yrs of age are $80. [if 2 are adopted together or with-in a couple of weeks of one another, the adoption fee per cat is $70]. Cats over 3 yrs of age are $60. Owner relinquished cats are $55. We will ALWAYS take back the cat/kitten ...whether one month, one year or ten years later ....we want the cats to have a home. We want the right cat for the right home. We give our adoptees the cats medical records, favorite toys and some cat nip. We forward all photos that we have so that you'll have the start of your family album. We sell cedar scratching posts which all of our cats are used to using. Our cats are all: spay/neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV[if kittens, the mom cat is tested], dewormed, [deflead, treated for earmites as well as tapeworms and protozoa {if signs are exhibited while in our care} if necessary. We encourage adoptees to look into getting their pets microchipped - as it is the one identification that can get the cat returned to them or their vet/local rescue. We do microchip all cats that we rescue, as of March 2007. We do have addtional chips available if the animal is not already chipped for a fee of $12. We use 24-PetWatch Microchips and we'll always be linked with the cat, should you be unable to be reached.
