Adopt-A-Rott

Dog rescue in Dothan, AL

Adoptaortt is a group of independent rescuers who have banded together with a single purpose. To rescue and rehabilitate Rottweilers. We have members in many states other than our generalized coverage area. We will adopt a dog to just about anywhere if the adopter meets our criteria and is willing to pay transport fees. We will generally transport, free of charge within 600 miles by ground. Outside of that area, adopters will need to make flight arrangements.

All animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. We do not adopt out "Yard dogs" or "logging chain decorations." All dogs must be kept as indoor pets and family members.

We do not have a brick and mortar shelter. All of our dogs live with foster families in homes. While in foster care their health needs are addressed and they are housetrained, crate trained and taught basic commands.
