The Sanctuary is a small, privately run, non-profit (501(c)3) organization. We have had our tax-exempt status since 2000.
We care for and place relinquished or abandoned dogs and cats.
The Sanctuary is an ALL volunteer place and we always need help--both financial and physical.
We started in 1999 and place an average of 60 animals per year.
In addition to caring for and placing pets, we provide 'Safe Dog Approach' and 'Responsible Pet Ownership' classes to schools, churches, day-care facilities and any other interested group.
