Additional adoption info

We will talk to you to help you determine whether the greyhound is the right breed for you. Our veteran greyhound people can answer any questions about the breed's behavior, temperament, care, etc.

-GG will also conduct a home visit. This will help evaluate your home and set it up for your new addition. The home visit is also a very important tool for GG when making a recommendation for a particular greyhound for you to consider.
We deliver! That's right, there is no need for you to leave your house to pick up your new greyhound -- we will deliver the greyhound to your home. This is especially important when you have small dogs, cats, or children in your home. The GG adoption rep will educate you on the proper way to make introductions. Our adoption donation $300 includes spay/neuter, test and treatment for parasites, shots. leash, collar and more.

After the adoption:

-On-going support. We are available to answer all questions about your new companion, help you train your greyhound, and work through any problems that may develop. Our network of dedicated greyhound veterans are glad to offer helpful advice. If it should happen that things don't work out, we will always take back the dog you adopted.
