WHO WE ARE and WHAT WE DO
PomRescue.com, Inc is a small non profit rescue care organization, created for the rescue and permanent placement of homeless Pomeranians. We are located in Spartanburg, SC. Each of the dogs who come to us is cared for in our home, with love, vetting, and lots of care. Most of these Poms have been neglected and or abused. It is our objective to make them feel secure, safe, happy and protected.
We are NOT a shelter - we are a rescue. We rescue from the most desperate situations. Most of our rescues are either 'special needs' or seniors, or puppy mill survivors or rescued from abuse situations. We do not encourage owner surrenders unless all other options have been exhausted. All Poms adopted from this organization will be vaccinated, microchipped, heart worm tested, on heart worm and flea prevention, spayed or neutered. (certain exceptions may apply)We love these puppers as if they were our own, providing them with everything they need in an attempt to prepare them for their forever homes. In some cases giving them permanent sanctuary.
Adoption fees go towards Vetting, food, supplies, animal shelter fees and all the other multitude of costs that keep us running.
We are a non-profit 501(c)3 Donations are tax deductible.
