Located in Butler County, Alabama, we are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the humane care, treatment, and well-being of all animals. Our services include rescues & adoptions, low-cost spay/neuter, and TNR (Trap/Neuter/Return) of stray & feral cats.
Your donations help pay for adoptable and fostered pets' rabies shots, food, shelter, medical needs, boarding, and the increasing costs of spaying and neutering. Any amount donated for our programs will be greatly appreciated by the Butler County Humane Society, and especially by all our four-footed friends.
Your contribution is tax deductible. The Butler County Humane Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and receives no government funding. Our income comes solely from private donations from concerned individuals and businesses, adoption fees, and fund-raising events. Donations may be made for general needs or specifically for Second Chance Rescue, Feral Cats TNR, or you may designate that your donation go to dog or cat rescue/spay/neuter.
