Pets with a number preceding their name: call 410-313-2780 Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Facility and refer to the pet's number.
Pets without a number preceding their name: Animals in Animal Advocates Rescue Program have no number preceding their name and are in foster care; call 410-880-2488 ext #3 and ask for the pet by name.
