The Small Animal Rescue Society of BC or SARS BC is a provincially registered non-profit organization comprised of volunteers and services throughout the province. Everyone one with SARS BC is a volunteer and no one is paid to work with the animals. Our primary focus is to help to rehome any small animal in need. Neglected, injured and abandonded animals are our primary focus.
Foster homes are always needed as we are a VIRTUAL rescue - meaning that we do not have a physical shelter. Instead, we rely on a network of volunteer foster parents to do our work.
