Little Angels Pug Rescue

Dog rescue in La Crescenta, CA

WE RESCUE ANY PUG IN NEED
regardless of age or physical condition. We foster our pugs, provide them with necessary medical care and find them new and loving forever-homes.

We rescue 10 to 15 Pugs per month. We generally care for about 30 Pugs per month who are available for adoption, in addition to another 35-40 Pugs who will stay with us for the rest of their lives because they are elderly or ill and not good candidates for adoption. We have had as many as 90 Pugs at one time (during the El Nino rains of 1997-1998).

We are a non-profit, all-volunteer organization with full IRS tax-exempt status.

Additional adoption info

Adopting a friend:

The adoption process begins with a visit to one of our Adoption Fairs. When you find 'that special Pug' we ask that you fill out an Adoption Form, attend a 1-time Adoption Class, and arrange for a house-check. Donation requested.

SENIOR PUGS
Our Senior Pugs have a special place in our hearts. Most of them will never be adopted unless extra-caring people step up to the plate. If you can find it in your heart, contact us about fostering or adopting a Senior. They need and deserve a peaceful, loving and safe home to live out the few years they have left.

Volunteer Opportunities!

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with Little Angels Pug Rescue, please attend one of the upcoming New Volunteer Orientations. Please call 626-795-3944 or go online at lapr.org to find out where and when, then phone or e-mail us to let us know that you will be attending. We look forward to meeting you!
