We are the Humane Society of St. Clair County SNAP . SNAP stands for Spay, Neuter, Adopt and Protect, which is our mission. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization; we rely on public donations to allow us to maintain our goals and mission. HSSCC/SNAP has developed out of a community wide need to help keep an unwanted animal population under control. With this in mind, all volunteers helped build our beautiful facility, where we offer affordable spay/neuter services to the public. We also operate a foster-based rescue program, finding wonderful homes for unwanted and homeless pets.
